The most important thing to me is that you feel welcomed and seen for exactly who you are.
I want you to feel like you don’t have to leave any part of yourself outside the room.
I am LGBTQIA+ friendly and work with gender, sex and relationship diversity. I am a neurodiversity affirming therapist and have completed training around cultural competence.
Mental health
I can work with people who have been given mental health diagnoses and have long-term difficulties.
I know that our mainstream mental health system can be unhelpful and harmful for some people. I care about helping people recover from these experiences and feel empowered to find a way of healing that’s right for them.
